Oven-baked seabass

 Easy, delicious, and healthy seabass in the oven. This traditional Greek recipe, for oven-baked seabass is simple to make, and delightful to taste. The herbs make the difference and give a distinct flavor as they are baked in the parchment paper along with the fish.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs of seabass

  • 1 green poblano pepper, sliced

  • 1 red onion, sliced

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1½ cups of finely chopped tomato

  • 3 tbsp parsley

  • 6 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Parchment paper and aluminum foil

Instructions:

We cut two pieces of parchment paper and two pieces of aluminum foil.

We lay the aluminum foil on the work surface and spread the parchment paper on top of it, preparing the package in which the sea bass will be placed.

We place the fish on the parchment paper, having cleaned and washed it very well.

Then we score it in three places on both sides.

We sprinkle the herbs: finely chopped parsley and garlic, while we slice the pepper and onion.

We add salt and pepper and the finely chopped tomato.

We fold the parchment paper and then the aluminum foil and seal the fish in a package.

We place it in a baking dish and bake the sea bass in the oven at 400°F for 45 minutes
