GW Baking Series: Let's make loukoumades!
Loukoumades are a popular Greek dessert made of deep-fried dough balls that are golden and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. After frying, honey is drizzled over, which gives loukoumades a sweet and sticky coating. They are then often sprinkled with cinnamon or chopped nuts like walnuts or sesame seeds.
